News Lee S. Shalov Leads Major Consumer Class Action As Discussed In Indianapolis Business Journal Article Indianapolis Business Journal 03/12/2001

 

An article appeared in the March 12-18, 2001 edition of the Indianapolis Business Journal, entitled "Thomson Antes Up $100M Settlement," highlighting the efforts of Shalov Stone & Bonner in achieving a more than $100 million settlement on behalf of consumers who purchased RCA and other television sets. As the article points out, Lee S. Shalov was the attorney "leading the team" of over 40 lawyers and more than a dozen law firms working for the plaintiff-consumers in this action. The settlement negotiated by Mr. Shalov includes 100% reimbursement for many class members.
