The Wall Street Journal Discusses Argentina Bondholder Class Action With Ralph M. Stone

The August 23, 2002 edition of The Wall Street Journal included an article entitled "Frustrated Argentine Bondholders Try Suing." The article discusses the class actions that have been brought on behalf of holders of Republic of Argentina sovereign bonds, on which the Republic of Argentina has defaulted. Shalov Stone & Bonner LLP is representing holders of Argentina bonds in a class action filed in New York City. The lawsuit is being prosecuted with the German law firmof Rotter Rechtsanwalte, the firm's European co-counsel. The Journal spoke with and quoted Ralph M. Stone concerning the legal strategy of suing the Republic of Argentina in a United States class action.
