Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP has filed a securities fraud class action against GPC Biotech AG (NASDAQ:GPCB) ("GPC" or the "Company") and certain of its executive officers, on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired GPC securities between December 5, 2005, and July 24, 2007, inclusive (the "Class Period").
