Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP is pleased to announce a settlement in the Tower Automotive Securities Litigation, which has been pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since April 2005. The firm served as Co-Lead Counsel for the class of affected investors and recovered a total of $5.35 million for investors who purchased Tower Automotive stock in the period from August 14, 2000, to February 1, 2005, inclusive.
